Eating real food made easy
Here at Move Eat Live we don’t do diets, count calories or restrict food. Instead, we focus on building healthy eating habits that suit your needs. We will teach you the building blocks of a healthy diet and give you the freedom to explore what works for you.
Over the 12 weeks, we will teach you how to develop your own daily movement practice. Each week will teach you the basics of exercises, including warm up, breathing, stretching and movement patterns of the squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, press, dip, and plank. You’ll be introduced to cardio training that you can do at you pace. By the end of the 12 weeks you’ll be able to do your own exercises, at your level.
During the program we will teach you the essential mental skills that underpin success, being able to stick to the program and really working at your goals. Basically, if you’re not thinking straight, it’ll be really hard to focus on the program. so we teach you how to control that monkey mind, focus on the task at hand, and get after it.
